Jeremy is dedicated to maximizing the people side of getting business done, with experience in building and facilitating a leadership development program, redesigning an employee review process, coaching executives, and helping spearhead high profile brand-side talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, Jeremy received his Master’s in Organizational Management and has held roles in companies such as Move Inc., Raytheon, Toyota Financial Services, and Red Bull. Kyle Fazio
Direct Sourcing Manager

Kyle Fazio is responsible for strategic and operational functions of the DirectSource PRO Center of Excellence. In his role he creates and implements process improvements and streamlines processes for all program stakeholders. Prior to joining PRO, he was employed in the staffing industry and brings 3 years’ experience as a technical recruiter/team leader. Kyle also spent nearly two years with a large payroll and HR services provider supporting various product offerings. Kyle has a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Wellness Management from SUNY Oswego in Oswego, NY.
